Russia struck the center of Sumy - among the injured was a child.

Russian troops attacked the center of the city of Sumy on Sunday, July 20, resulting in injuries to two people, including a child.

This was reported by representatives of the National Police.

The police explained that the enemy forces used strike drones to shell the square near the educational institution in the center of Sumy.

As a result of these attacks, two local residents were injured, including a seven-year-old child. It was reported that the victims sustained bodily injuries and stress reactions.

In addition, civilian infrastructure, private houses, and cars were damaged. A police investigative team and explosives experts are working at the scene. Law enforcement is investigating the consequences of the attack.
