Kyivstar allows internet access without payment: main conditions.

The mobile operator Kyivstar has introduced a new service called 'Trust Week', which allows subscribers to continue using home internet, television, and other services for seven days, even if there are insufficient funds in their account.
This service is designed for situations where a customer has accidentally missed a tariff payment, and access to services has already been disabled. During the week, users will have full access to home internet, television, and the ability to call Kyivstar numbers, as well as 100 MB of mobile internet daily.
Connecting the 'Trust Week' service can be done in three ways: via the USSD request *461# (if the Kyivstar mobile number is specified as a contact), through the 'My Kyivstar' app in the 'Services' section, or by calling 460 or 0 800 300 460. The service is activated within five minutes after the request.
According to the service terms, it can only be activated once a month. Users can check the remaining days by sending the request *460# or by writing 'Trust Week' in the Zoryana chatbot. On the fifth day of using the service, Kyivstar automatically reminds users of the need to recharge their account.
The 'Trust Week' service is automatically disabled after seven days or immediately after recharging the account. The company particularly notes that holders of the 'Everything Together' tariff receive the full range of services during the 'Trust Week' period.
Connecting and using the service is done at no additional cost.
