On November 22 and 23, the weather conditions in the Odesa region are expected to worsen - strong gusts of wind up to 25-28 m/s and rain. Energy workers warn about possible outages and are transitioning to an increased readiness mode to address them. This was reported by the press service of DTEK.
Due to the bad weather, there may be power line breaks and electricity outages. Emergency crews are ready to quickly restore power.

Note that winter has already begun in the Carpathians - snowdrifts have reached up to a meter, and the temperature has dropped below -10 °C. On Mount Pip Ivan, the height of the snow cover ranges from 20 to 90 cm.
In Kyiv, a heavy snowfall started on November 22. Roads are covered with snow, and traffic is complicated. For road clearing and prevention with anti-icing substances, 196 units of equipment and 249 employees were involved, as reported by the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.
Due to the bad weather and wet snow, ice is forming on the roads, and trees are falling onto the roads.
