Ukrainian consumers are keeping an eye on meat delicacy prices
Fresh data from the 'Pochatok' wholesale market and leading retail chains show an interesting picture. According to 'Khvylia', meat product prices vary depending on the place of purchase.
Frankfurters at the wholesale market are priced at 360 UAH per kilogram.
However, more affordable options can be found in supermarkets. For example, a kilogram of 'Bashkir Fillet' sausages costs an average of 237.70 UAH, while in Auchan, the price is 229 UAH, and in Megamarket, it is 246.40 UAH.
An interesting situation has arisen with lard.
At the wholesale market, one kilogram of lard costs 370 UAH, while in supermarkets, you can purchase homemade lard for 234 UAH/kg and salted lard for 242.88 UAH/kg.
