Oschadbank launches 'communal' platform for homeowners' associations: payment of bills, voting in Diya.

Oschadbank has introduced the online service 'My ЖК' for managing residential properties
The innovative web service 'My ЖК' was created by Oschadbank for homeowners' associations and management companies. This digital platform makes the process of managing residential properties transparent, convenient, and accessible online.
Our goal is to make the work of homeowners' association management easier and improve communication between residents and managing organizations. The 'My ЖК' platform is a response to modern challenges in managing the residential fund. It makes this process as transparent and efficient as possible
According to bank representatives, the platform has already gained popularity among users. Almost a hundred homeowners' associations across Ukraine have successfully integrated 'My ЖК' into their operations.
Main advantages of the 'My ЖК' service
- issuing bills for services;
- communication with residents via the mobile application;
- publishing news and announcements for residents of the building;
- conducting online votes and meetings through the 'Diya' application.
How to join the service
- leave a request on the Oschadbank website;
- get a consultation from a manager;
- sign a contract.
A demo version is available for testing (login: demo@, password: demo123). For residents to use the service, they need to download the application, register, and provide the address of the building. Management of homeowners' associations and management companies should leave a request on the bank's website for connection.
Recently, Ukrainians received notifications about debts at Oschadbank. Perhaps the introduction of the new 'My ЖК' service will help resolve some financial issues and ease communication between residents and managing organizations.
