The suspect in the explosion, identified as Alan Levelsberger, held the rank of sergeant in the U.S. Army Special Forces and was on leave. According to media reports, he served in various countries, including Afghanistan, Georgia, the Republic of Congo, and Ukraine. However, more details about his status and whereabouts are not provided.
Previously, it was reported that the suspect, 37-year-old Matthew Levelsberger, allegedly trained Ukrainian military personnel in Germany.
