North Korea boasts about the construction of an atomic submarine.

Construction of an atomic submarine, which may serve as a weapon for nuclear missiles, is ongoing in North Korea. This was reported by the Korean Central News Agency.
According to the report, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un visited the shipyard where the submarine was being built.
The details of the construction are not disclosed, but Kim Jong Un stated that North Korea will have appropriate defense capabilities at sea.
The leader of North Korea also emphasized the need to develop the country's navy and strengthen the military industry.
Submarine expert Moon Keun-sik confirmed that the weapon depicted in the photo may be armed with nuclear missiles.
North Korea has begun work on the submarine to protect itself from the threat posed by the United States.
The USA and Japan are concerned about such a development of weaponry, as missile strikes from underwater are hard to detect.
It is worth noting that North Korea faces sanctions, complicating access to resources and technologies for construction.
There are assumptions that Russia may assist North Korea in exchange for conventional weapons to support the conflict in Donbas.
It should also be noted that North Korea is nearing the completion of the construction of its first radar reconnaissance aircraft.
Earlier, Kim Jong Un's sister accused the Trump administration of provocations.
