Border guards explained whether data updates for women subject to military duty are checked.

Border guards will not check data updates for women subject to military duty. This was stated by the spokesperson of the State Border Service, Andriy Demchenko, during a TV marathon.
Demchenko reminded that for men who have the right to travel abroad, it is mandatory to have a military ID.
«Regarding the category of women, I once again note that border restrictions only apply to men – citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 60. Other categories, women, young men, are not restricted in their right to cross the border», – he said.
It should be noted that from July 17, Ukrainian men aged 18-60 need to have a military ID to cross the border. The categories of Ukrainian citizens who have permission to travel abroad have not changed.
Let us remind you that the government adopted a resolution on the digitalization of reservations, meaning that reservations from mobilization are now available in the «Diia» application.
The «Reserve+» application now allows uploading up-to-date reservation data to the electronic military accounting document.
As is known, on June 5, the Cabinet of Ministers approved a resolution that introduced changes to the procedure for reserving military personnel. Up to 100% of employees of the defense-industrial complex (DIC) and energy sector are now subject to reservation. Additionally, for critical enterprises, the reservation period was increased from 6 months to 12 months, and it was allowed to reserve military personnel with scarce military accounting specialties.
Earlier it was reported that summonses are not issued at border checkpoints. However, employees of the territorial recruitment and social support center may be present at the checkpoints.
