The 'Khortytsia' Reconnaissance Explained Why the Russians Are Changing Tactics in the Pokrovsk Direction.

The operational-strategic group of troops 'Khortytsia' reported that the Russians lack the resources to implement their 'cannon fodder' tactics in the Pokrovsk direction. The Russians do not have an unlimited number of personnel that they previously used for frontal attacks on cities. This tactic allowed them to advance into cities, starting from the suburbs, gradually destroying buildings. However, this tactic has now been applied in the Pokrovsk direction. The speaker of the OSUV 'Khortytsia' noted that this indicates a shortage of personnel among the Russians for such tactics. This has resulted from Ukrainian efforts to deter the enemy.
The goal of the Ukrainian troops is to slow down and destroy the Russian forces. They manage to destroy the moment that allows them to advance. This was evident in Pokrovsk, where the Russians are not making direct attacks on the city but are trying to encircle it. Ukrainian aerial reconnaissance units destroyed a Russian flag that had been placed on one of the slopes near Pokrovsk. The Defense Forces of Ukraine refuted information about the Russian army's capture of the settlement of Velyka Novosilka in the Donetsk region.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced personnel changes in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including the appointment of Major General Mykhailo Drapaty as the head of the operational-strategic group of troops 'Khortytsia'.
Today marks the 1069th day of the full-scale war.
