In Poland, a man took a vacation to serve his sentence in prison.

A resident of Gdansk surprised the Polish police. The man voluntarily appeared at the police station with a suitcase of belongings, stating that he had to serve 18 days of punishment.
The Gdansk resident, deciding to fulfill his obligations to the law, showed up at the police with items prepared for 18 days of punishment.
After the police verified the information, it turned out that the man was wanted and was supposed to spend 14 months behind bars, not 18 days.
As a result, the man was detained and sent to a correctional facility to serve the full term of his sentence.
Now he will spend 1 year and 2 months in prison, which is very different from the term he stated. It is unknown whether the man was aware of the actual length of his sentence.
We should note that voluntarily appearing at the police station did not bring satisfaction to the resident of Gdansk in this case.
In downtown Warsaw, a Ukrainian woman was hit, about which the police advised the victim not to report. Also, in the Polish village of Rokiсyny, criminals killed a Ukrainian who was working illegally on a farm and burned his body. In Germany, a preventive measure of arrest was chosen for the suspect in the murder of two Ukrainians.
The Munich prosecutor's office issued an arrest warrant for the suspect in the murder. Law enforcement agencies are investigating the motives for this crime.
The murdered Ukrainian servicemen were undergoing rehabilitation at a local clinic.
