Weather forecast in Ukraine for May 22
Meteorologist Natalia Didenko revealed what weather awaits Ukrainians on Thursday, May 22, as reported by 'Hvylya'. A warm air mass will prevail almost everywhere in the country, and daytime temperatures will rise to +18+24 degrees.
However, rains with thunderstorms are expected in the western regions, as well as in Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions. In other regions, dry weather is anticipated.
'May 22 is a special day for Ukrainians, the day of Taras Shevchenko's reburial. In Kaniv, the weather will be comfortable, mild – no precipitation, sunshine, beautiful clouds, and +22 degrees', – said Natalia Didenko.
In Kyiv, significant precipitation is not expected on Thursday, with air temperature reaching +22 degrees during the day. The meteorologist also warns that on Kyiv Day, May 25, heavy rain with thunderstorms is possible in the capital.
'There will be further clarifications, but it's better to be prepared for any surprises', – she added.
