It is stagnating just like last year. Syrsky revealed details about the RF offensive.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, reported that this year's wave of the enemy's 'summer offensive' from the territory of the Russian Federation is stagnating just like last year. This concerns the attempt of offensive actions by the enemy in the Kharkiv region. Fighting continues in the Sumy region.
At this moment, the advance of Russian troops has been halted, and the front line has stabilized. In the northern directions, the Ukrainian forces are conducting active defense and liberating Ukrainian territory. It has also been possible to detect and capture a significant number of enemy troops, including elite brigades.
Strengthening defense and reducing offensive capabilities
The Commander-in-Chief added that the actions of the Ukrainian forces in the Hlushkivskyi district of the Kursk region compel the enemy to send additional troops to defend their positions. This has significantly reduced the enemy's ability to carry out offensive actions in other directions. To strengthen the defense of the Sumy region and cities and communities in the area, a special group has been established.
The main tasks include preparing fortifications, developing engineering measures, and appointing responsible persons for the preparation of facilities for defense.
The message from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine indicates active hostilities and successful operations of the Ukrainian forces at the borders with Russia. Strengthening defense and reducing the enemy's offensive capabilities are important tasks for ensuring the country's security.Read also
