The Russian army attacked Kharkiv: consequences
On the evening of April 29, the Russian army launched a massive attack on Kharkiv. Strikes were made on the Shevchenkivskyi, Slobidskyi, Kyivskyi, and Saltivskyi districts. The mayor of the city, Ihor Terekhov, reported on the consequences of these attacks.
According to him, the attack resulted in serious injuries, damage to infrastructure, residential buildings, and one hospital. It was also reported that an enemy kamikaze drone hit a multi-story building.
A total of 30 people were affected by the attack. Many residential buildings and at least two hospital blocks were damaged.
In total, 16 Russian kamikaze drones attacked Kharkiv. Despite the strike on the hospital, no patients or medical personnel were harmed.
Footage of the aftermath of this attack has already begun to spread on social media. The images show significant destruction and ruined buildings.
Rescue operations are currently ongoing.
