Made in Ukraine: three more industrial parks received state incentives.

Three industrial parks received state funding
As part of the 'Made in Ukraine' policy, the Korosten, BF Terminal, and Vinnytsia Industrial Park parks received state funding.
The company managing the Korosten Park in the Zhytomyr region received 83.5 million hryvnia out of the necessary 167 million hryvnia for the construction of an access road.
In the BF Terminal industrial park in the Zakarpattia region, railway tracks and electrical infrastructure will be built for a total amount of 316.6 million hryvnias.
Roadways will be equipped on the territory of the Vinnytsia Industrial Park with a total cost of almost 232 million hryvnias.
'The state program to stimulate the development of industrial parks addresses a significant problem - the lack of necessary engineering and transport infrastructure. The program includes safeguards for the effective use of funds - enterprises are obliged to build production areas and attract participants. Funding is provided through escrow accounts of state banks, which ensures control and convenience,' noted the Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Vitalii Kindrativ.
The program provides funding up to 150 million hryvnias for the construction of necessary infrastructure. The funds are provided on a non-refundable basis, covering up to 50% of the estimated cost of works, such as site development or construction of engineering and transport infrastructure. The program also envisages compensation up to 50% of the cost of connecting to the power grid. For de-occupied territories, the state covers 80% of the cost.
Support from state banks ensures the transparency of the funding process and provides enterprises with the ability to choose the most convenient service conditions. The Ministry of Economy's partners in implementing the program are Ukreximbank, Oshchadbank, and Ukrgasbank.
