Powerful storm hits the southern USA: many casualties and destructions.


In the USA, a strong storm has caused power outages in hundreds of thousands of homes and claimed the lives of approximately 20 people.

According to meteorologists, about 138 million Americans are threatened by severe weather conditions. Warnings of possible tornadoes have already been issued in Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, Indiana, and Kentucky.
Overall, according to media reports, at least 19 people have died, and dozens have been injured.
